QSI 683WS 8.3MP Camera
The QSI 683 uses the Kodak KAF-8300 sensor. The array is 3326x2504 with 5.4μm pixels. It has a 16-bit ADU plus dual analog processing chains that can either capture images in high quality mode with the highest possible SNR, or in high speed mode that can download multiple frames per second.
This is a monochrome camera with an integrated five position filter wheel using either 1.25" or 31mm unmounted filters. Having the filter wheel inside the camera allows using the smaller diameter filters with no vignetting for optical systems as fast as f5 or f2.8 respectively.
This particular model does not have the integrated off axis guider, but I didn't need that anyway since I prefer to use a separate scope for the guide camera.

The 683 will be my primary camera for the 6" astrograph. I have other CMOS cameras, but the 683 has the best pixel and sensor size.
