Eyepieces
The obs is equipped with several sets of eyepieces. Most of these are pretty good quality, but by no means the most expensive ones out there. But they serve my needs.

These are my Baader Planetarium Hyperion eyepieces. These eyepieces will fit both 1-1/4" & 2" eyepiece holders. The set includes 3.5mm, 5mm, 8mm, 13mm, 17mm and 21mm eyepieces.
Also shown is a surplus 2" 55mm Plossl eyepiece on the lower left. |

This is a set of Zhumell 2" ED eyepieces plus a 2" 2X ED Barlow lens and a set of 2" eyepiece filters. The eyepieces are 26mm, 32mm and 38mm.

This was originally a set of Celestron 1-1/4" eyepieces, but most of them have been swapped for other eyepieces. Shown are a Celestron 32mm Plossl, a Celestron 30mm Ultima Series, an Edmund Scientific 20mm Erfle, a 28mm surplus Plossl, an Orion 12.5mm Illuminated Reticle eyepiece, and Knight Owl 6mm, 9mm, 15mm and 20mm Exta Wide Angle (EWA) eyepieces, plus a 1-1/4" eyepiece filter set.
There are also a couple of sets of matched eyepieces for my binoviewers, and some other miscellaneous and special purpose ones. |
